The owners live on the canals and the floor has not been re-sanded for over the past 20 years the coating had delaminated, gone extremely yellow and had many scratches on the floor. The ceiling in this room is complete glass so it was especially important to choose a finish that reflected the beautiful sunlight shining through without damaging the floor.
